Rondah specializes in equity, diversity and inclusion education and engagement. Rondah’s passion for EDI coupled with her leadership education provides an excellent foundation to partner with organizations to work towards an equitable, diverse, and inclusive culture.

Ashley is an experienced educator and instructional leader committed to student success. She brings a relationship-centred, collaborative approach to professional learning, helping educators translate the art and science of teaching into practical, engaging, and meaningful classroom experiences.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Stewart has developed a knack for balancing the needs of the organization and the people. As an Executive Coach, Stewart leverages his deep-seated belief in people to drive toward personal and organizational advancement.

Kate is an educator and lifelong learner who brings a practical, thoughtful approach to teaching, curriculum, and professional learning. She is passionate about creating learning experiences and resources that are meaningful, effective, and grounded in what learners and educators need.

Sue has worked extensively with executive, leadership, and professional teams to identify, articulate, and communicate critical outcomes. Her ability to create and communicate strategic frames helps empower decision-making and build a culture of integrity and trust.

Dawn is a systems thinker who appreciates how every impact reverberates through generations. This big picture thinking drives her passion to create change in organizations and disrupt the status quo. 

Kelsey has an appetite for moving the needle forward in the space of diversity, equity and inclusion. She holds a certificate as an IDI Qualified Administrator and works with individuals to better understand where they are in their intercultural development journey. 

Leah is a learning strategist and instructional designer with over 15 years of experience in curriculum, LMS strategy, and leadership program design. She combines technology, thoughtful design, and a coaching mindset to create effective learning experiences for complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Donna is a strategic educational leader with over 25 years of K–12 and post-secondary experience, bridging both classroom practice and educational systems. She has expertise in curriculum, assessment, teacher preparation, and translating educational ideas into sustainable plans.
