Intercultural Competence Assessor and Strategist

As a woman who's built a career in STEM, I have witnessed the importance, and the impact, of DEI work. I am passionate about championing the exploration of self and gaining insight on the effects we have on those around us.

I am a relentless advocate for social justice and a dedicated learner committed to researching and understanding social issues so that I can do my part in creating positive change. I believe that through collective action and education we can create a more equitable and inclusive society.

I work as a designer by trade - structurally by day, architecturally by night. When I'm not working, I can be found daydreaming about my next meal or over-analyzing the health of my houseplants. I'm a keeper of cats, a steward of self-care and a binger of books. I love getting out and exploring the world but truth be told, there's nothing I love more than being at home surrounded by good energy, good company and good snacks!
